These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tiptoko.com (the “Site”) operated by TipTow & Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.


  1. Use of the Site
  2. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
  3. Services, Estimates, and Scheduling
  4. Information on the Site about services, upgrades, pricing ranges, or availability is informational and may change without notice. Any estimate provided is non-binding until scope is confirmed and you approve the work. We may decline work that is outside our scope or capacity.
  5. Parts and Product Information
  6. Parts availability, compatibility, pricing, and fulfillment may depend on third-party distributors or vendors. We do not guarantee availability or compatibility. You are responsible for confirming fitment and suitability for your rig unless we expressly confirm compatibility as part of an approved job.
  7. “Gear I Use” and Recommendations
  8. Recommendations are based on general experience and may not fit every rig or use case. You assume all risk from using any recommended products or instructions. Some links may be affiliate links (see Affiliate Disclosure).
  9. Trailer Sales Facilitation
  10. If the Site offers a way to list or promote trailers for sale, you understand that TipTow & Co. may facilitate listings and inquiries but is not a licensed broker or dealer unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee sale price, timeline, buyer quality, or transaction completion. Final terms of sale are between buyer and seller unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
  11. User Submissions (Forms, Messages, Photos)
  12. If you submit information through forms, text, email, or other methods, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  13. Intellectual Property
  14. All content on the Site, including text, logos, graphics, images, videos, and layout, is owned by TipTow & Co. or used with permission and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
  15. Disclaimer of Warranties
  16. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  17. Limitation of Liability
  18. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TipTow & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on content on the Site.
  19. Indemnification
  20. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TipTow & Co. from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

  22. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  24. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
