ROOF INSPECTIONS AND RESEALING
I provide full sealant inspections and resealing services for RVs and trailers, including the roof, sidewalls, front and rear caps, and all penetrations. This work focuses on preventing water intrusion and long-term damage by addressing areas that are commonly overlooked.
Services include inspection of existing sealant, spot resealing where appropriate, and full strip and reseal work when required based on condition and age.
This may include:
Roof sealant inspection and resealing
Sidewall, front, and rear seam resealing
Vent, skylight, and roof penetration sealing
Preventive leak detection and correction
Sealant maintenance is one of the most important forms of RV upkeep. Regular inspections help catch small issues early, while full reseals are recommended periodically depending on exposure, age, and condition.
PRICING NOTE
Sealant inspection and resealing work is labor-intensive and priced based on roof size, trailer design, condition, and access. Full strip and reseal services are quoted after inspection. Preventive maintenance and inspections are often recommended before visible leaks occur.
